Something that people forget is that Yahoo is a directory first not a search engine. Even though when they search the web they still have actual people to review their listings. Their listings are also based on people that work for them actually surfing and they determine how your site ranks to an extent.
In the 90s Yahoo had 200 people doing this, by now im sure its much more. If they see a site is more relevant than yours than that site will rank higher even if you have more links.
Their biggest factor in ranking your site is Relevance, not links. Google and MSN are based more on linking.
This is also why it takes longer to get listed in Yahoo than Google or MSN.
If you want to get listed better in Yahoo i suggest you focus on your Meta tags and pay close attention to keyword density.
It is just bcoz different search engines have different alogarithm to index pages. A search engine spider from yahoo looks at your site differently than google.
So ===
I had the same picture. Most probably this happens because Google and MSN (with special technologies used) are very good at gulping new pages and LINKS on these pages.
And Yahoo seems to be better with titles (page titles) and to score better in Yahoo you have to be more creative on keyword use inside the titles of all your pages.

Hahhaaaa.... good one. But oh so true. Just because you have great rank in one search engine doesnt mean you will have great ranking on other search engines.
