Miva (assuming you don't mean the catalogue/shopping cart) is just what was findwhat which is just a PPC engine.

findwhat was rife with click fraud, no idea if it's improved or not

I signed up to try it. Funded the account, then got a phone call asking me to fax a photocopy of my credit card to an 800#. Instantly asked them to reimburse the $25 back and close the account. That's as far as I got. No way I'm floating a photocopy of a credit card around.
