Does advertising on PPCs improve your PR ranking?

Adertsing on a PPC SE will not help your page rank or your rankings and here is why:

PPC search engines use a tracking url to record all of your clicks. Google will not normally count the PR vote after it sees a ?= after a URL.

PPC Search Engines may not improve your PR, but they will certainly give you some targeted traffic.
