Is Dogpile a scam?

The results match up very well with the google ads.

The links go through some redirection at go2net.com or something.

When following the link from dogpile (if you search for my keywords) the link says my domain name with ?affiliate=googlead which is the url I only use for the google adwords.

When you just search for my company name this doesn't happen.

I would consider this absolutely proven, but when I log into google adwords the clicks don't show YET.

Well for the people not familiar with dogpile they are a Meta Crawler and you are probably seeing your ads because they crawl the following se's Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, Ask Jeeves, About, FAST, FindWhat, LookSmart according to thier site.
