Previously on this forum I saw a list of a bunch of extremly small directories but the link pages had pr's of around 4 which could really help boost my pr1. I just submitted to almost every major and medium webmaster directory there is out there. If you have any small directories with pr on the link page please post them here it would really help me out and I am sure other people would be happy to

Thanks for the list. I will submit to all or most of them, I would request reciprical links first but most websites are not intersted in exchangin links with pr0 websites.

I don't know about the rest of the directories you talked about here; however, I own IllumiRate and we absolutely use direct links to the site. Click on the title of any site we have in our directory and it goes straight to the site - no forwarding link.
Hope this clears up any confusion about IllumiRate.
