Maybe the results are from different data center of MSN, for example one is from msn.com, while another one is from msn.com in UK. But I'm not sure, just a guess.

Possible results are from diffrerent DNS Cache or as hhheng suggestion, different DC. Try using a proxy when you do a search and observe the results
