Can anyone help me? I am new here and dont really know how to work this thing yet but I will get used to it in time, anyways, I wanted to know if anyone knows a good place where I can get some PPC banners for my website, which by the way is www.ghettocars.cjb.net. I will really appreciate your help.

Not quite sure what you're looking for here but I'll answer both ways.

If you're looking for advertisers to put on your website and earn money I would recommend:
Fineclicks
Valueclick

or:
Comission Junction
who don't offer PPC but are quite good because there are so many advertisers using them.

Another good site for affiliate programs is:
http://www.associateprograms.com

If you are looking to advertise your site, you could try the above sites or:
http://www.payperclicksearchengines.com

I don't think I'm allowed to put affilate links in here, but if you feel like signing up using my referral you should be able to find Fineclicks/CJ banners on my site.

You're correct about affiliate links not being allowed. It's fine to suggest help, and say they can find it at your site. Then they can check your sig if interested.

Or they could PM me for a link to FineClicks.

o Give a url (not affiliate url and not ad for their site)
o Let them know they can sign up under you (by visiting your site or by PM'ing

yea, something like that, I tried advertising.com because my friend reffered me to them, but they took off most PPC's and now i only get money when you sign up with the company i think its CPA or something like that. I wanted CPC or PPC, pay per click. FineClick worked pretty well, they are evaluating me now and soon imma have my banners set up. i just want newsletter banners now since i got my newsletter up and running the other days.
The site was pretty helpful though.

It appears you are looking for PPC affiliate programs rather than PPC search engines to advertise your site...(correct?)

I believe ClickExchange offers a few PPC offers.
