In a word, "nothing." Tier 2 engines traditionally don't send much traffic if at all.
My primary site is also designer/developer-oriented and 88.8% of my searches come from Big G (including 1.6% from image searches, which is really messed up considering I have exactly five non-background images TOTAL on my site, and at least 2 of those aren't used on a regular basis.)
I get about 2% combined search traffic from tier 2s (anything not named Big G, Yahoo!, or MSN). And the scary thing is that searches, as much as I get, are about 5% of my traffic now (and I get a bunch of search traffic.) So my tier 2 traffic is 2% of 5% (or, for those of you trying to keep score at home, 0.1%).
So I wouldn't worry about it. Do what you need to do to work on your site and the rest will fall into place. And if you do get traffic from a tier 2, consider it a bonus.
