Walhello <self promo link removed> is an interesting spider based search engine. It consists of two indices. One on top only contains paid listings. The other search engine is a big search engine to which you can submit your websites for free.

The thing is, it's not really a good SEO practice to pay for links that almost nobody will see ( which also carry little to no weight in Google ). Search engines are kind of like MTV, CNN, and Comedy Central; already established. "Google" has become a verb, it means "to search for information on the web."

I'm not sure whether you're asking us to (1) use your search engine, or (2) buy ads on your search engine, but no one will do #2 until millions do #1. And if you're trying to make that happen, this forum is probably too small beans to attract much of a user base - you probably want to go with superbowl ads to get the kind of attention a new search engine would need to compete these days.
