The Other Search Engines

Guys say I pick my title, keyphrases and words for my web page in meta tags and submit it to search engines. What will happen when I want to change or add more to my meta tag after that? Will that screw up my search engine submission? Will my site show up after that?

The only ones to worry about are Yahoo and Dmoz, human created directories. Changes are a little more of a pain. The search engines, on the other hand, will spider your page as often as every day or as little as every couple of months, depending on your page's popularity. When they spider, they will pick up the Title and Metatag changes. Be sure there are at least a couple of sites with links to your homepage or you likely not get listed at all.

Nope, it won't mess up your site begin listed. However your site may raise or drop in rankings depending on how well it is optimized and and what keywords are changed etc...

It's all a part of Search Engine Optimization. If at first you don't succeed you make modifications and then try again.
