Web Directories

Hello,

i submit a lot and avoiding dead directories is a top priority for me. I have a list of directories that have a free submit option, sorted by an average review time.

If you own a directory would be nice to let me know what your average review time is. You can post here or in my forum, either way is ok.

I can add your directory or modify the default review time if it's already on the list.

You can add AMRAY Web Directory to your list (AMRAY is an acronym)

It take us about 2 weeks but to be on the safe site, we tell our clients 30 days

You are the first person who told me that.

There must be some reason but I am sure at least someone else in this forum
would experience the same problem and would inform me about difficulties
they encounter visiting our site

The free directories list was almost cut in half, at least in the upper section (review times under 30 days) due to many directories switching to paid or paid+reciprocal only.

Also i was surprised by the large amount of disabled directories (hosting not paid) or parked ex-directories domains.

I guess many owners gived up or lost interest.

That's a good thing because the amount of low quality directories will go down.

Found a dead directory ? Have a good directory that's not on the list ? Please let me know.

Really nice collection of directories and review time added with dir's is great.
It will sure help a lot. thanks for sharing.

how come it says PR 0? It should be at least 4 (down from 6)

Probably something along with the error that were earlier. Usually the script picks up the PR ok but i noticed lately that Google show No PR available on pages that are down. Don't know really, ill change it manually.

First all directories have a default review time. After that owners can post in many threads that i made in webmasters forums about their average review time, they also can post on my site forums. List updated today, added many dirs, demoted some, if you want to save time and efficiency you should check it.

I would like to be noticed that this isn't a article directory site where you submit general articles like "honeymoon travel" in section Press Releases category Directory Upgrades and News.

The only articles allowed are press releases related to web directories (launch or upgrade). Thanks
