auto is bad in my eyes also.
but
semi-auto, I have nothing against. Semi-auto.. it means the software ONLY complete the fields for you.. you don't have to damage your keyboard with CTRL-C, CTRL-V ... but you still have to find the right category, you still complete the captcha security word.

I go for manual submission because a lot of directories treat automatically submitted as spam, then Then there is also the fact that directories are different in that categories do no always overlap, so if you submit manually you can make sure it ends up in the right category.

I prefer manual since it allows for more control in terms of types of directories and description texts. Auto-fill is helpful, but the submission process is still manual. I think submission does more harm than good.

there is no doubt manual is the best one... it will help you to resolve any runt time errors and will help you to get penalized by spamming rule.

The best submission is always the manual submission

. Don't waste your time on automated submission as most of web directory owners already familiar with it and will deny it fast.

As per my opinion manually submission is best option.you can choose your option in manual submission.

Manual submission i s better but it takes time to do it... You can select where you want to submit your site, and where not to... But sometimes you need to try auto submitting...

Manual Directory submission is the best option for getting quality backlinks. According to me never do automatic submission.
