I had been trying to list my web directory electronsonline.com for a while on DMZ. It has been over 6 months now and no reply not even automated one. So I am just leaving it for the hope. In addition, a big congrats on your achievement. I wonder if you had a large change in traffic since you got listed.

i can't believe it.mostly directories are approving your website within max 2 months or Reject it but you are lucky congrates for that.

WoW , its really great For you mate ... But one silly question here , is getting into dmoz really Worth any thing ...? or its just a goal for you guys ?

Years ago when I submitted it was the big thing, "you go to get listed with DMOZ if you want google to list your site more" now 3 years later I'm not sure if that is still true. I hope so

wow 3 years does it normally take that long to get indexed in Dmoz for google to list you. I suppose it depends like chris said have a really unique website. I have learned recently of a few ways to get indexed in the Dmoz directory. Maybe they are quite new as Dmoz is a few years old now. Still good to get your site in there tho I guess.

I've been in dmoz for quite some time. It's done zilch for traffic.

As if I have to wait a year or two?? Crazy. Well congrats to you. I am only in month two, so I guess I have a long wait. Glad to know that real people are actually getting in.

Wonder if it's improved your pagerank.

Well, it had no effect on my PR this update. But maybe with somemore hard work and manuel directory submissions I'll see something next time. Lets not forget blog posting article writing, fun, fun, fun.
