This is a good idea.

I hate to sit and do one thing after another. Breaking them down into Alphabetical order. It may sound stupid but hear me out. You start on the A's go as far as you can tell you get bored. Make it your goal to finish that letter (say you made it to the D's) don't stop tell you're done with the D's then start fresh on the E's the next day. So on and so on. This may have been done or said before, but it's the first time I've looked at it that way. I may even try it.

Good list, But did you mean 1,800?

you didnt mention ezilon in your list which have page rank 6 and alexa rank 14k and they look more professional than many others

Agreed! Although we aren't supposed to care or concern ourselves with PR, I admit I still pay attention and rarely bother with those directories of PR0. On the other hand...a PR0 directory may someday turn into a high PR directory.

That's a long list and lots of work thanks.

Can anyone comment as to the value of me say registering with some of those directories. If I chose one that sounded close to my niche. What I mean is that could be a lot of work, especially of you have to register etc. Would I get many hits ?
