I'm looking for directories that deals with seed investment in Israel

Well directories aren't usually quite that specific. You should try some respected general directories first, like DMOZ, etc. Then go for local directories and business-related directories.

You can also go for Regional categories into Most of Directories.

Sounds like a pretty rare category, dmoz might be the best place the only problem is that may take forever to get listed. then again you might get lucky. there should be some free directories out there that cover this category.

Yes, I think this tip will help you if you go for reginonal directories.
