Do follow means the search engines will follow your link if posted there.

Thats really nice but you can find a lot more do follow social bookmark on the web just search for-
list of dofollow bookmarking sites

No it doesn't, it merely means they might pass along "value" to the target page

Better to go for dofollow bookmarks but still you can not avoid many top social bookmark that are nofollow.

I already tried this SB sites but based on my experienced on submitting my pages to those, it has an issue in speed. I mean it takes a minute or two before you can submit your page unlike other sb that will add your page right away.

Social networking and bookmarking sites do work pretty well, if you use them properly. The idea is to use them constructively and not spam each one, for most people it becomes a lot of work to manage a lot of accounts.
