I am not aware of how RSS feeds would be beneficial for a sites SERP and do they really help in driving any traffic to your sites.

Thanks, I just started focusing on rss last week, I submitted to a couple of places and I had 64 click from them so I am going to spend some time this week to get the feed out there.
