All directories provide deep links directory service but it depend upon you that do you want to put your site deep link or not.For this work there is no particular directories.

Ummm Wrong... MANY directories ONLY allow you to submit your home page URL, NOT deep links.

Many only allow home page links for free submissions, but will allow deep links IF you pay for your submission.

If the category page that you wish to be listed in is not indexed in Google or other search engines, then the page has no power to improve your site's link popularity. Because Google does not know about it, it cannot recognize that it is linking to you.

I agree with that many directories allow deep links in their directories.
My experience is that the minority of Directories only accept homepage URL's
