Does anyone know of a good directory submission service? I've read elsewhere of people being charged money and not getting any service and of services posting lots of links to very low grade directories.

Can anyone recommend a service that will submit to some - maybe 50 - 100 reasonable directories (more is OK but I don't think you need 1000s of directory listings).

Most directories only give low grade links, some will tell you they have for arguements sake a page rank of 5, still only going to be a low grade link.

Core8284 - this is a good list, thanks, but I don't have the time to manually submit to umpteen directories and the price they charge for directory submissions - $290 - would put this service out of reach of the small start-up businesses I target.
