Not sure which website you're talking about, if it's the one in your sig, then don't waste your time, the quality of the design/content isn't so great, and with pr0, alexa in the nether regions, it's unlikely that you'll get listed on there.
People try to get listed on dmoz for "seo benefits", but more often than not, dmoz is looking to find if you already have a strong readership/traffic etc on your blog, to gauge the quality, it's a bit like a chicken and egg. I'm amazed you retried over 30 times to get listed.
