Have you tried to Google it? type what you need within quotation marks and see what pops up.

Nice one and yes Chacko.com is also good one try both. But, in Chacko.com some directories requires five to six days for approve..

You can get these directory lists from vmoptions list of directories or you can try searching for directories in Google.

For volta.net, you need to become registered user. I'm tired of getting registered everywhere and then getting tons of unwanted e-mails

For inter800.com, you need to have toll free 1-800 number in US to get listed. ehhhhh

try to go to dmoz and find the directory category under the US... I do that often whenever I need some resources.

You can get US base web directories in Vmoptions directory list, this is a great resource and they often update with new web directories. You can submit your website at this list.
