There are many video submission directories available on net.I have used few directories like youtube,metacafe,video.yahoo,helpfulvideo e.t.c

I think youtube is the best or you can use tubemogol on video submission.

Youtube is the second largest search engine so that would be the obvious choice... Personally I refer Vimeo because it's simply a much nicer website.
