Although Google has been changing things around to keep SEO experts on their toes, submitting your site/blog to high pagerank directories is still a great way to gain backlinks as well as a little bit of a traffic.

hey, why don't you instead of making list of 200 "high pr" directories, make list of 20 high quality directories?

oh wait a minute... most likely you have no idea what makes directory high quality directory.
let me help you out. go and check http://www.amray.com/searches/new and learn thing or two about editorial integrity so next time you can build list of high quality directories

I was upset when I read your reply at first however having looked at your other posts, it is obvious that either your mom ran away with another man when you were a little child or your wife cheated and left you so have all this hatred towards the world especially against people who are trying to do something positive...

lol, you mean like nationaldirectory.com which is not pr7 but pr3
and not a directory at all but site that is selling financial services?

yes off course directory submission is very affective till now but if all directories are at different servers
