Question to OP- if I use your site, will I be guaranteed the number 1 spot on Google for the top 1000 most searched keywords? Will I also have millions of .gov, .edu, and top ranking websites linking to my site? Also, will it fix my website so the optimization is perfectly matched to Googles secret algorithms?

Every web directory take your url only once. If you trying to submit same url second time then it will not take.
