PR isn't what you should be looking for in directories or links in general though the link above does list PR.

I have a PR 4 site and PR 3 site which are both free.
General directory is Find Top Links*General Human Edited Directory the other is a Niche' directory on pets, but there is a folder for non-pet related directories. Pet Directory, Ecards and Articles*PETS
