Most of the directories listed-- require a one time fee to be listed or are those monthly fees if not otherwise noted?

so the sites without the double red stars will list the site for as long as the directory exists, after that one time fee? you have a nice site by the way, although the red outlines on the left are rather harsh on a white background, surrounding the blue links.
