http://addurl.nu has a great list provided. It tells you the pagerank, gives you a link to the submission page (big plus), and gives some extra detail about submissions.

There are many opinions on submitting to Directories or not. Some say it is a waste of time (unless we're talking Yahoo and Dmoz directory types), some will say to just submit to some of the larger ones and again some would say to spend hours and hours submitting to as many as possible.

What do you guys and girls think is they best way to get higher rankings (when it comes to directories)?
