There are a few web directories that it will be good if you can have your website listed on them but it can be considered as over-optimization when most of the incoming links to your website are from web directories.
I believe, in addition to DMOZ, there are only 8 web directories that you should have your website listed on them and you should not waste your time and money to list your website on other web directories.
I would list these 8 web directories if I knew it is not against this forum rules.
