Backlinkstore.com have a plugin that fills all the forms, checks the right radio buttons and search through the category list and select the most appropriate category when you submit to directories.

Is it reliable ? when i used a tool similar to this one, the results were varied. The submissions were duplicated.

Is the code is Open Source?

I find RoboForm very useful. They have a free version also.
What more... RoboForm does have a firefox plugin too.

Well yes. You actually see everything yourself, press the submit button and see the "thank you"-page.

You should manually apply for all directories

Well the special bit is that you don't have to fill in any of the field or chose the category
What would a tool be like to be "special"?

Yes and because there are not that many directories using drop downs to choose the category.
