I have compiled a fairly good list of free directories to start promoting your new sites.. And a few paid directories also that will give your site a fair weight in search engines. heres the list:

i prefer to use software or web base submiter like website submiter IBP or web base submiter or manualy with this list

@moussa854, true the ones I checked where only paid, no free option, so poster was just spamming

Some program that help us to submit did not working properly. But thank you for adviceme for those program like, web submitter, IBP.

You might also want to give a try AllSubmitter (its the one I found a little more fast to submit with)
