If you are targeting the UK market where is better to submit your site ,btw i hear that no any longer you can pay to submit your site in the UK directory of Yahoo

depends what you are expecting for your ~ £150.

Qualified traffic? most likely 0
SE value? pretty much 0 as Yahoo uses a 302 tracking link.

Just ask yourself one question,

When was the last time you looked for anything in the Yahoo! directory.
