I have a free host (see sig). We'll host you. However, you must submit an application that can take about a month to get to. If you don't mind the wait, our services are great.

Perhaps explaining what your site is about, and what you plan on doing with it. That would greatly help all of us to decide if we wish to sponsor you.

2. How much space & bandwidth do you require?
