We can help you out, you need to define what a "good amount of storage, bandwidth" is. And don't expect no downtime. Even the best host has some downtime due to upgrades, maintence etc...

I can only recomend PHATSERVERS. Excellent service, great hosting deals,

I need a small amount of transfer now say 2 G a month. But one that would grow cheaply would be nice. I need lots of storage. 200mb at least, but 500mb would be better. I need to get more details like mysql and os stuff.

My current host has had my cgi bin(and the heart of my site) down for the last 1 1/2 weeks. That's no good.

The link works ok for me...

200-500 Gig of space is an awful lot, I will not be able to provide that kind of space to you. How is it that you require so little bandwidth but so much disk space?

kylebacc, do you have anything that generates visitor statistics?

Yes we do. AWstats being my personal favorite It is graphical and much more acurate than Webalizer. And if you prefer we also have urchin stats installed.
