i found this one recently is seems to be very cheap and so

Most dirt cheap hosts, tend to have alot of downtime and the support is not very good. I tend to go with a more expensive host, however that is me. Do some research about the host before you choose them, such as how long they have been in business and how many clients they have had.

Would have to agree with dotcom lajkonik86, although there are some good hosts out there who offer great service for low prices, they are only a small majority. Sometimes its just best to pay a little more for a service you are more sure you can rely on. Do your research, read various boards and reviews, even put a load of questions to the support dept. of hosts to test them out. Hope this helps!

yeay ive been mailing them a bit.
If they do offer what they say the offer they have a good deal.
Also i'm starting my first web-site so probably i prefer a reasonable cheap host than an all time up great host.
There also seem to be no extra cost. I did quite some research on that. But anyway you can never be completly sure with such a new host.
But at this price seems like a good place to start my first website.
Hope anybody has any experience with them
