The current host I'm using (reseller plan) is down, as are all of my sites.
When I try to email support it bounces back with an error message "invalid domain".
I was just curious what does this mean, and has anyone encountered it before.
When I ping their domain, I get a Ping Request could not find host ****.net
I've had other bad hosts, but normally when my sites where down their site would be up, their email would work, etc, etc... however, due to all the bad experiences I've had with hosts, am erring on the side of... has this person done a runner with my money and shutdown their website ??
Can someone tell me what's up with this, or why this could be happening ??
