Feedback appreciated, good or bad on this host. I am considering using them and did a google search on them (madcowhosting) and found several posts but didn't dig deep enough to locate any complaints. I know they do not provide phone support which really isn't a big issue anyways. They have pretty good prices and want to find one to stay with for a long time. Thanks

I am not familiar with their company but I checked out their Web site. If you don't mind paying at least $14 a month (which is kind of high for a starting price in the industry), they give you a lot for your money. Granite, it's more than 99% percent of Web sites will ever need but it's nice to know you have it.

As far as not having phone support - it could be a major issue. Most people will not experience problems and never have a reason to call but just like the extra space with phone support it's nice to know you have it in case their is a problem.

Almost all Web hosting companies provide the same service. It's the customer service that seperates them. I can't speak for this company in particular having never worked with them however by not offering phone support I think this says a lot about their customer service.

Hope this helps.

It loosk to me the prices are pretty good for what I have in store. I am willing to pay the additional cost to have that much space and bandwidth as well as being able to host multiple domains. An associate of mine is in a position to refer literally several small websites/domains to host for him and a plan like this would really work for me. I also noticed another host at www.livin4.com so if anyone knows about these guys, LMK.
