Personally, I have had NO problems with them. Whenever I needed
to ask them a question, I usually got an answer back within a couple
of hours.

Plus, your account's control panel is super-easy to manage domains.

I've been using them for a couple of years now. No issues whatsoever. I had an issue with a card once, and have received prompt responses from them, though there was nothing they could do to help; I had to contact my bank.

NameCheap.com is the company that provides a quality services. As I see this company is growing as they have started to provide shared web hosting business. I think with time they'll provide the other kins of web hosting like dedis, VPS and reselling.

They're just an enom reseller - therefore they've added shared hosting services because enom have... well I should clarify that my assumption is that they're reselling enom's shared hosting; I haven't looked into that.

As far as I know, their hosting has nothing to do with enom.

this is true, namecheap is a good provider and as Damien said, they resell through enom just like Godaddy resells through wildwestdomains =]

AFAIK wwd is GoDaddy's reseller channel - i.e. same ultimate owner?

I always thought namecheap were an independent company to enom, who just take services from them?
