I'm looking for recommendations for a company that provides redirection of domain names. I have a client who wants to buy several domains and have them all redirect to his main site.

I've used namesecure.com in the past for pointing domain names to a free host that didn't offer domain name hosting.

Your current host may offer "parked" domains for little or nothing to point at an existing URL.
