I am currently experiencing problems with RIPE and IPs assigned to them. One IP address looks like it is accessing one of my blogs, however my experience has been that it is actually many different users - using the same IP because it is behind a 'regional wall"-- RIPE in this case.

What has been your experience in this area?

RIPE looks like some sort of European gateway. It appears that IP addresses within the RIPE pipeline meaning the addresses outside networks see-- look the same. A statistic collection program I use on my Blog-- Q's Wire, records several variables when recording hits. This includes browser type and version.

This could be a denial of service attack I am experiencing. I am not sure. I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems?

RIPE Are one of the Regional Registries. They are responsible for issuing IPs to the ISPs and major IP users in the European Region.
