I am starting a new hosting service offering free domain names and free hosting and I want to offer my users an online tool to help them create their web sites. Free is best but will take a look at all recommendations. If you know of one that you like that costs money please feel free to let me know. Your help is appreciated as always.

I'm not sure about calling them, but it's a very good site to find useful scripts nevertheless.

It is HOTscripts.com and they simply provide a venue for the script authors to sell their scripts. Some of them are free, some of them are not. (NOTE: HOSTscripts.com is a parked page and of no value to anyone.)

You could try RVSiteBuilder - it's quite easy for clients to use and the admin area is nice and easy too. It integrates very well with cPanel, but I don't think it works with other control panels.
