profit would be easy
with 100 clients you would make $500pa, and need just over 20GB webspace.
with a 1000GB/m server you could fit 300 clients, needing a 60GB HDD...
gross profit = $1500pa
- $90*12=$1080 (Server Cost)
= $420 net profit
with a full server you still dont make a lot of profit, dont forget that you have to consider more costs such as promotion and the fact that Yahoo! have recently become competitive within the domain industry. the aobive prices are based on making $5 profit per domain, although if you have an enom reseller or ETP, you will make more profit. you may also choose to oversell your servers to make more money - in the long run this is a bad thing though
imo - you are better off becoming a webhost, raising your price, or lowering the free resources.
