www.nitsoh.com it's not expensive, it comes with cPanel including Fantastico... virtualy everything I needed for my website which is www.cpc-net.org however it is down at the moment.
For example you can get 500 mb of space, 10 GB of bandwith, unlimited SQL Databases, Unlimited Email Addresses as well as constant support (you get access to a forum where the owners constantly reply to posts and help out as much as possible...) all for $6.95 a month. They also do webdesign... i'm not sure about how much it costs, however I assume that it's decent.
All around good service, i'm happy with it.
