Is this host reliable? They offer some really great hosting plans and I was blown away by their cheap prices. I'm a bit suspicious though because it seems too good to be true. What do you guys think?

More often than not if it seems to good to be true it is. probably a good measure is bandwidth pricing. on average 1 GB of bandwidth cost between 50 cents to $2. If the price is under 50 cents per a GB of bandwidth figure the host is overselling and hoping you do not use all thier resources.

I can't find any info about them. They seem like a fairly new company.

No it is NOT reliable. It has a lot of downtime, and they sold one of my domain names to someone else behind my back, after removing my login information so I can't pay my bills. Customer support is basically non-existent. I know of people who paid to have their domain transferred somewhere else, and they never did, so basically you are suck with them until they decide to resell your domain. Sometimes they even claim to not have received your payment. I wish I had chosen a more expensive server...
After a lot of bad reviews they changed their name to PLAN-PC, watch out.
