Plesk is a popular option for VPS and is supposed to be less resource intensive than cpanel. However I personally prefer cpanel over plesk.

I use the cPanel with my VPS. Everything seem to be Ok.
There are no problem till now.
And I think cPanel is easy to use but it take more resource that the other.

I am a big fan of Cpanel, it has many features and is very easy to use.
