My little cousin posted that other post when I was in the bathroom. He made it up.

Ok here we go....

1) First post, you pretend to be a customer... seconed post, your now the owner... get your story straight.

2) you cannot have "lots of hosting" by offering that much bandwidth for that price. That's called overselling. What happens when you've got 50 customers all using their 300Gb of transfer?

Other than the fact that Anacrusis's original post may have been a bit blunt, I see no reason to delete posts from this thread, as Anacrusis's second post brings up two very good points.

The posts will remain unless one of the Admins objects.

You may be able to get as much bandwidth as you need, but you won't get it for less then $0.03/Gb which is what your selling it to your customers as.

I may have been a little blunt, and I apologize if I come across as rude. But at least I'm honest and don't pose as my own customer. As far as me not knowing anything about hosting... I own a successfull hosting business, so I know what I'm talking about.

Maybe your business plan is working for you, congrats! But from my experience, customers always get burned from companies offering the world for $1/month.

I really do wish you all the luck, as much as I may disagree with how you do things.

PS. I don't appreciate being told to "start posting somewhere else". If you don't like my views, then simply add me to your ignore list.

It is confusing when the first post is about a host from a customer. Then in another post, the customer becomes the owner (we/they) and that adds to the confusion. I strongly suggest not posting in this manner since it takes on the looks of spam (I didn't say that it was, but no one wants their posts to look like those from people that do spam).

I agree that the first reply was blunt and didn't need to be there. If a member has a question about the host, please ask, but please do so without blunt or snide remarks. Of course, some of the following remarks are not so cordial.

So, please be polite in all answers. Thanks.

Dave

P.S. I'd suggest reading the thread about "unlimited".

I am totaly confused on what is going on and who is who.

Also is this 300gb of bandwidth for 1 whole year (25gb a month) or 300gb every month??

And what is the site URL?
