I am living on Albania, and cannot use PayPal to receive funds, I don't have a credit card. I used alexa to check for a sites popularity, like w3schools.com. My idea is simple,(maybe wrong). I mean from the free hosting providers, freehostia seemed the best for me, and had a good alexa rank. So they seem to be popular.So I choose to get in.This is what I thought.

Free hosting companies are never as good as paid ones - their support have less incentive to work hard and they often disappear as quickly as they appear. I understand your situation with paypal and this is a shame, but if you want to be serious about your website, you should opt for a paid hosting provider.

Free hosting can be enough to get one going, and with a little bit of luck, by the time better and bigger hosting accounts are needed, payment options will increase or become more feasible. Ultimately, there's always some local hosting company one can try to use.

It is not a free hosting company, but has a hosting package for beginners..thats it. I am working to make any money as I could upgrade my plan with paypal.

You shouldn't need to worry about bandwidth so much as hosts offer HUGE bandwidth's nowadays. 5GB tops for your needs

yes I guess so as my domain is still young, better concentrate on writing articles and improving website.

file size of pages.
quantity of page views

If you average those out you can figure out how much bandwidth you will need.

Your requirements aren't that much. Any cheap, decent shared hosting plan will do. Make sure to get at least 20-30 GB of transfer.

It depends on how big each of the pages are... If the total size of the site is 1GB then go for unlimited bandwidth.

Unlimited bandwidth doesn't exist - companies sell this in their plans, but there is no such thing as "unlimited". "Unmetered" perhaps is a better word, although you tend not to see companies offering "unmetered bandwidth" on shared hosting plans the same way they do on dedicated servers.

Also, the OP was asking for a specific quantity of bandwidth needed, and I believe this question has now been fairly well answered.

I would suggest to start with a standard 1Mbps connection - giving you 3000GB a month and monitor it for the first month. Most providers let you upgrade if you need more.

1000 static pages and 10k vistors per month is nothing. You would need probably 1 Gb space and 5-20 GB bandwidth, thats it!

Any host should offer you more than that at a reasonable rate. rather than worrying about the resources, you can comfortably look for a host that offer high uptime and good support.
