I have a reseller account, and that's when trouble begins.

Recently I create a share web hosting, and I install a CMS (joomla) on this hosting. However, today I figured out that the installation is not as smooth as I think, then I go to WHM and terminate this hosting account.

After that I create another share hosting with the same domain name with the previous that I deleted.

A message appears: "
Account creation status: failed.(Sorry, a DNS entry for domainname already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS clusters))
"

When I go to "Delete a DNS zone", I don't see this domain name inside.

My Question is: do I need to wait for 24-48 hours for this DNS to disappear? or am I missing something?

Do I need to do anything otherwise?

Thanks for your time.

Can you get shell access and edit the DNS info that way?

Or maybe talk to your hosting support?

Just contact your host and have them handle the issue. Let them prove that they're worth their salt.

Indeed. Nothing the reseller can't do. He should contact his host to correct the problem.

Hmm.. Strange situation little bit... As riule web hosting provider provide support, not reseller. That is quite long chain you have... And as result much of time is lost...

If you're asking, you probably don't have it.
