If you need cheap hosting, you better go for shared and linux plans rather than Window plan.

$4.99 is a reasonably price for hosting.

I am a big Hostgator fan. I have several websites with them and have had not problems.

You can get a hosting plan from www.Hqhost.net for less than a dollar, can they they giveу huge amount of resources, but no oversellers definitely.
