That being said, you want everything in exchange for nothing. It's simply not how things work in this world. You'll have to give up on some requirements, and give the host a chance to make a profit.

You expect free hosting without any ads + unlimited space and bandwidth? Good luck.
You get what you pay for. Most free hosts are, well, crap. Slow loading sites, ads and dowtime are your only guarantee. You pay nothing, you get nothing.
You can get shared hosting for 6 or 7 dollars a month. Just my 2 cents.

I would recommend the PHPBB suport forums tracking... They must have lots of suggestion as for free as for paid wenb hosting.

The specification is too high for the free webhosting.
I think if you pay for the paid web hosting is the better idea.

Some web hosting providers may have a promotion which can let u host it almost free, but you have to find it yourself

Are you sure you need free? Usually you get what you pay for. There are a ton of hosts that offer great hosting for a few dollars a month.

I'd say: if you are not looking for the unlimited offers - why sign up with such offers?

Well, Forumer has phpBB3, only for 3, you'll need to register at the forums.
