We have recently transferred 20 domains to Registryfly because of their exceptional offers but seem to be having an enomous amount of problems with email & URL forwarding, dropping in & out or getting lost all together.

So far we haven't managed to get anyone there to answer any of our tickets and often we can't even log into our account.

Even trying to access FAQs & the Knowledge Base seems to lock up their site.

Guess the grass is always greener...anyone else having these problems?

I current customer of mine used them. I had to change the DNS information for them and they were extremely unresponsive and it took an extremely long time to actually get anything done. Good Luck
